HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Age range: 14 to 21
Auditions: Thursday September 16 and Friday 17, 7:00 - 10 p.m.
Callbacks: Saturday September 18, 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Location: Growing in the Arts Studio 900 Guelph Street in Kitchener
Rehearsals begin on September 23, and continue some Tuesday evenings, and all Thursdays and Fridays from 7-10pm, and Saturdays from 1-6pm. Performances are the week of November 21 at the Conrad Centre in downtown Kitchener, with touring to local schools the following week.
For auditions, please memorize and prepare a monologue about one minute in length. This should be in verse, preferably from Shakespeare. No previous experience is required!
Tuition cost, if you are cast, is $250.
You will be working with an experienced professional theatre team! We are also looking for young apprentice set and costume designers.
